Pride Month at SPW: A Celebration of community and allyship
June saw us recognise Pride Month - time to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and reflect on the importance of diversity, inclusion, respect and allyship in the workplace. Pride is not just about visibility; it’s about creating a culture where everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
On a beautiful June evening, SPW's Prism network – our LGBTQ+ colleague community - welcomed colleagues to our London office to celebrate Pride together. The event was filled with warmth and excitement, thanks to fabulous fancy dress, a sizzling BBQ, and a strong sense of community.
Gatherings like this highlight the power of inclusive spaces - and the meaningful connections we build when we come together to celebrate them.
As co-chairs of Prism, we have a commitment to inclusion and these events are a chance to bring people together, celebrate who we are, and keep building a culture where everyone feels seen, supported, and safe to be themselves. Helping create that space for others is something we’re really proud of.

What is Prism?
At SPW we’re committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce. To support this, we have set up a number of engaging employee networks that all seek to drive change for the causes that they are passionate about.
Prism is SPW’s LGBTQ+ professional diversity network, driven by the goal of creating a network which will make a positive difference to colleagues, culture and clients, by raising awareness of common LGBTQ+ issues and promoting and driving positive action across the business.
