At SPW we’re committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce, which is reflective of our clients and also the communities in which we operate. We want to create a culture where everyone, irrespective of difference and background, can make an impact and reach their potential.
A key element in building this culture is our employee networks. These networks are voluntarily run by our colleagues and are open to any employee who wishes to join.
The 14th May is recognised as National Day for Staff Networks, so this month we want to shine a light on our amazing networks, whose members play a crucial role in driving initiatives within our business that ensure everyone feels represented.
This is particularly timely, as it was also Mental Health Awareness Week from 12 to 18 May, reminding us of the importance of communities – whether that’s talking about mental health, sharing challenges, or celebrating successes. Our networks help build that sense of belonging, providing a safe spaces where we can come together, share experiences, learn from one another, and feel supported.
Watch this video to hear from our Executive Sponsors, Chairs, and network members about why they chose to be part of SPW’s Diversity Networks.
