If you've recently changed your address, it is essential you let us know so we can update our records and make sure any information we send reaches you at the right location. You can change your address in several ways.
Online Investor Portal – Use the Digital Investor Investment Platform. If you haven't activated your portal access yet, simply visit our registration page at www.investor.spw.com. It's quick and easy and hosts a range of great functions! All you need is your account number and personal details.

Getting married/divorced
If there has been a change to your name, please let us know so we ensure our records remain accurate and up to date. You can update your account details by sending us one of the following certified documents:
- Marriage certificate
- Civil Partnership certificate
- Statutory declaration of change of name
- Change of name deed (Deed Poll)
- Decree Absolute
- Final Dissolution Order
The document must be certified by one of the following officials:
- Solicitor / Lawyer
- Legal Executive
- Barrister
- Bank Official
- Notary Public
- Judge
- Servicing Agent on account
- Post Office
- Stock Broker
Any original documentation received will be returned to you by post.
How to register a power of attorney (POA)
If you have been appointed as an attorney, you will need to register the power of attorney with us before you can access the donor’s account.
You can submit your power of attorney documents to us at

The document must be certified by one of the following officials:

- Legal Executive
- Barrister
- Bank Official
- Notary Public
- Judge

Any original documentation received will be returned to you by post.
Alternatively, you can also register your power of attorney online at Make, register or end a lasting power of attorney: Overview - GOV.UK. Provide us with the LPA code you receive, and we will update your account details accordingly with the POA.
