Unsure of how to progress your career? Let's change that.
"When I qualified as a financial adviser I couldn't wait to get going, but then I realised that I didn't know the best place to start. With so many options available I was worried about making the wrong decision which would affect the rest of my career.
It was the learning and development opportunities that attracted me to Schroders Personal Wealth. There is so much support available and as a newly qualified adviser, the chance to continue learning and progressing were too good to miss. As a relatively new company, I knew that we would be on a growth journey together which excited me."

Why become one of our advisers?
We're a joint venture between Lloyds Banking Group and Schroders – two of the UK’s largest names in banking and asset management. Established in 2019, we're a new company that's going places backed by 400 years' experience.
Start your career with confidence
From day one, you’ll receive the training and support you need to become the best you can be. A six-week induction period is crammed full of face to face sessions, remote learning, buddy check ins as well as the all-important overview of our advice process - essentially how we help to change lives.
Once you've graduated from your induction you'll continue to receive buddy support and masterclasses for the next 12 months as you work towards attaining competence.
We will ensure you are further supported by giving you access to clients who could benefit from financial advice, allowing you to build your confidence.
"The training provided by Schroders Personal Wealth is both informative and engaging and held my attention well. The pace and length of the induction training hit the sweet spot and I felt really supported throughout.
It's really important for me to have face to face training to form bonds and relationships and help me feel part of the team. The balance of classroom based training and remote learning felt just right and worked really well with my home life. The perfect mix."
