We support flexible working
We know that everyone has responsibilities outside of work, and we trust our colleagues to balance these with business priorities.

Supporting new parents
We offer up to 26 weeks fully paid maternity, shared parental and adoption leave. We also offer 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave.
We believe that new joiners should be eligible for parental leave in the same way as our existing colleagues. That is why we have removed the qualifying period for maternity, adoption, shared parental and paternity leave.
When I took on the permanent role at Schroders Personal Wealth I was three months pregnant. I was planning on returning to work straight away after having my first child, but now as a direct impact of the changes the company has made to their policies, I am entitled to maternity leave and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I can now enjoy my pregnancy and subsequent maternity leave without financial worries, and I am looking forward to returning to such an inclusive, proactive and supportive company when I return to work.
