Keeping you healthy
We provide company-paid private medical insurance as standard. There is an option to upgrade this to include your family via our Benefits Portal. As part of your cover you will receive a health screening once every two years.
Perks to suit your lifestyle
We offer a cash sum of 4% in addition to your basic salary. This can be exchanged, as well as with some of your salary, for a variety of tax-efficient benefits. Options include gym memberships, dental and cycling schemes.
Time for you
We offer 25 days holiday as standard. We also offer holiday trading, meaning that you can buy up to an extra week of leave to spend doing what you love, or sell up to a week of holiday for a boost to your pay packet.
Dreaming of an extended break?
We allow all of our colleagues to purchase one or two weeks of Sabbatical Leave per year. Once you have at least four weeks saved up, you could book in your trip of a lifetime, take up a period of charity work or choose to undertake some professional study.
Offsetting your carbon footprint
We plant enough trees to off-set your work carbon footprint. This means that over the course of a year we plant 100,000 trees and offset a whopping 3,600 tonnes of CO2. If you want, you can also make additional contributions yourself.
Green car scheme
We offer a green car salary sacrifice scheme. This means you can drive away a brand-new insured and fully-maintained green car for a fixed monthly amount taken directly from your salary. Plus all the cars are either ultra-low emission or electric – so you’ll save tax too!
Supporting new parents
From 1st January 2024 our full paid maternity, shared parental and adoption leave will increase from 20 to 26 weeks. We also offer 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave.
We believe that new joiners should be eligible for parental leave in the same way as our existing colleagues. That is why we have removed the qualifying period for maternity, adoption, shared parental and paternity leave.
