Life at Schroders Personal Wealth
We believe it is more important than ever that the culture and the values of the organisation you work for, resonate with you personally.
We have created a culture that is right for our colleagues, one that they feel proud of and motivated by.
At SPW, you don't have to feel like your job is confined to a job description, it’s such an inviting company where you are encouraged to get involved in different things.

Employee networks
Employee networks at SPW are much more than a space for colleagues from diverse backgrounds and communities to come together. Being involved in a network increases engagement to enhance learning and understanding. They create opportunities for colleagues to share experiences and educate others. They highlight the skills and creativity of colleagues that can be shared across the organisation. Networks help drive SPW to make changes to ensure everyone feels represented.

Armed Forces Network
The SPW Armed Forces Network exists to empower colleagues to shape the future of SPW, taking an active role in becoming a forces friendly employer and champion of forces personnel and their families. We want to show our support for those that serve, have served and their families. By understanding the challenges, barriers and what life is like for those in the military, we will shape a future that is inclusive.

Gender Equality
Our vision is for all colleagues, whatever their role or circumstance, to have the resources and flexibility they need to achieve what’s important to them, both inside and outside work.
We are committed to doing more to ensure all colleagues have equal opportunities regardless of their gender. By signing the Women in Finance Charter, we have publicly pledged to support the progression of women into senior roles. We are committed to monitoring the numbers closely over the coming years and doing more to improve gender diversity.
When we signed up to the Charter in June 2023, we had 32.5% female representation in senior management and our target was 37% by December 2028. In July 2024 we reached our initial target of 37% female representation in senior management. We therefore stretched our target to 40% by our deadline of December 2028.
We believe we are still on track to achieve this noting that in August 2025 we achieved 36.6% female representation in senior management.
