Prior to working at Schroders Personal Wealth (SPW) I spent around 10 years as a Salesforce Consultant. During this time I worked with over 100 clients across a wide range of industries, and SPW has the most mature delivery approach I have come across. We follow scaled agile principles and deliver value to Salesforce Production every two weeks through our continuous integration pipeline. Everyone I work with knows exactly what they are doing and how it will add value.

I started at Schroders Personal Wealth (SPW) in 2020 as an IT Support Analyst with a basic knowledge of IT and no experience in a “Cloud First” environment.
