MY SPW help

Welcome to the MY SPW help page. Here are some instructions to help you with the most common issues you may encounter when using the web and mobile apps.

Signing in

1. Go to the MY SPW sign in page

2. Enter your username/email and password.

3. Click on the "SIGN IN" button.

4. If your account has multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled for the device you are using, you will be prompted to enter a code from your MFA app or device. Follow the prompts to complete the MFA process.

If you are having trouble signing in, please ensure that you have entered your login credentials correctly. If you continue to experience issues, please contact your support team for assistance or use the phone numbers provided in the ‘Additional Support’ section of this page.

Forgotten / reset password

1. On the MY SPW sign in page, click on the "Forgotten password" link.

2. Enter your username or email address associated with your account and click “CONTINUE”.

3. Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password. Please note that the link in your email is only valid for 1 hour so you must click it within this time or start the process again.

If you continue to have trouble resetting your password, please contact your support team for assistance or use the phone numbers provided in the ‘Additional Support’ section of this page.

Unlock Account

Your account will be locked following too many failed login attempts. To unlock your account, please follow the instructions below.

1. On the MY SPW sign in page, click on the "Unlock account" link.

2. Enter your email address associated with your account and click “CONTINUE”.

3. Check your email and follow the instructions to unlock your account. Please note that the link in your email is only valid for 1 hour so you must click it within this time or start the process again.

Mobile App

You may notice that there are some features available on the web app that are not yet available on the mobile app. We are developing these features and will look to release these via regular updates.

If your data is incorrect on the mobile app, please edit (where possible) your data in the web app or please contact your support team for assistance using the phone numbers provided in the ‘Additional Support’ section of this page.

Fraud concerns

You will only receive emails from no-reply@myspw.com regarding your MY SPW account.

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, are concerned about any communications you have received or suspect that you may have been a victim of fraud, please visit our fraud page.

We’re available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays.

Calls may be monitored and recorded, and call costs may vary depending on your service provider.
